Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Solutions Plus Consulting, Inc. (“SPCI,” “Solutions Plus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our websites.
This Privacy Policy applies to solutionsplus.ai and SPCReports.com (together, the “Sites”), and describes the personal information we collect through the Sites, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. It does not apply to information processed on behalf of our clients within the products and services we deliver under a separate master services agreement, order form, or data processing agreement; that processing is governed by the terms of those agreements and, where applicable, the client’s own privacy notice.
By visiting or using the Sites, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Sites.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from cookies and similar technologies.
Information you provide directly
When you fill out a form, schedule a meeting, or otherwise contact us through the Sites, we collect the information you choose to submit, which may include:
- Your name, business email address, and phone number;
- Your company name and job title;
- The content of your message, meeting request, or inquiry; and
- Any other information you choose to include when contacting us.
We use HubSpot to power the contact form and meeting scheduler on our Contact page. Submitting either tool sends your information directly to HubSpot, acting as our service provider, as described in How We Share Information below.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure automatically logs certain information whenever you visit the Sites, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- Browser type and version, device type, and operating system;
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, and timestamps; and
- Other standard web log and diagnostic information.
The Sites are static websites hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps; this automatic information is generated by that hosting and networking infrastructure in the ordinary course of serving web pages, rather than through a dedicated analytics product embedded on the page.
Information from cookies and similar technologies
See Cookies & Tracking Technologies below for details on the cookies placed by the Sites and by HubSpot.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- To respond to you — to answer inquiries, schedule meetings and demos, and follow up on requests submitted through the Sites;
- To operate and improve the Sites — to maintain security, diagnose technical issues, and understand how the Sites are used so we can improve their content and performance;
- To communicate with you — to send information you have requested, such as follow-up materials after a demo request; where applicable, you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time;
- For security and fraud prevention — to detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access; and
- To comply with legal obligations — to meet accounting, tax, regulatory, and legal requirements, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not use information submitted through the Sites to make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about you, and we do not use it for automated profiling beyond routine marketing follow-up and CRM record-keeping.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain information collected through the Sites for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining our business relationship with you, complying with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and resolving disputes. Contact form and scheduling submissions are generally retained in our CRM for the duration of our prospective or ongoing business relationship, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, or sooner upon a valid deletion request.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including transmitting the Sites over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. International Data Transfers
SPCI is based in the United States, and the service providers described above may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you are located outside the United States, information you submit through the Sites may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with data protection laws that differ from those of your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to support these transfers.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. We honor applicable rights requests regardless of where you are located, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or the UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request erasure of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; request portability of information you provided to us; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing information through the Sites are your consent (for example, when you submit a contact or meeting request); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Sites and following up on business inquiries; and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), California residents have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; know the categories of sources, purposes, and third parties associated with that information; request deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions; request correction of inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The table below summarizes the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy under the CCPA’s categories:
| CCPA category | Examples collected | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, phone number, IP address | Directly from you; automatically |
| Commercial information | Products or services you inquire about | Directly from you |
| Internet or network activity | Pages viewed, browser/device type, cookie identifiers | Automatically; cookies |
| Professional or employment information | Company name, job title | Directly from you |
| Inferences | None drawn beyond routine CRM record-keeping | — |
We do not sell or share personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA, including for cross-context behavioral advertising), and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on the Sites.
To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us using the information in Contact Us below. We will verify your request using the information available to us, generally your name and email address, and will respond within the time required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Other U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws currently in effect (including, among others, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and Montana) generally have rights similar to those described above for California: the right to confirm and access personal information, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of its use for targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. As noted above, we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. You can exercise these rights using the contact information below and, where applicable, you have the right to appeal a decision we make in response to your request.
How to exercise your rights
You can submit a privacy request by emailing unify@solutionsplus.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please describe the right you would like to exercise and the information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Sites are directed to business professionals and are not directed to, nor intended for use by, children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Other Important Information
Third-party links
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites, including our clients’ and partners’ sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do, and, where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Sites after a revised Privacy Policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
